Welcome to Rother Elementary! My name is Holly Jones, and I am honored to serve as principal of Rother. Education has been my calling for the past 24 years—I spent 17 years as a teacher, including second grade at Boulder Creek, before stepping into administration. This is my seventh year in school leadership, and I feel incredibly grateful to continue this journey here at Rother.

My favorite part of the day is visiting classrooms and seeing students learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential. I love collaborating with our talented staff to find new and creative ways to keep students engaged while also helping them develop into the very best version of themselves.

Outside of school, I’m a proud mom to three teenage daughters who attended schools in the Enterprise Elementary School District and are active in middle & high school  athletics, leadership, and the arts. I have been married to my husband, Kyle, for many years—he’s the ultimate “teacher husband” and often volunteers at school events. As a family, we enjoy spending time together, traveling, and cheering each other on. Personally, I also love staying active through exercise and outdoor activities.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, my Teaching Credential and Master’s Degree in Education from Pepperdine University, and my Administrative Credential from Chico State.

I am so happy to be part of the Rother Raptor Family, and I cannot wait to partner with you to make this school year an amazing one!
